A-SQRD currently delivers islandwide across Sri Lanka.
International shipping may be introduced soon.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
During high-demand periods (drops, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
-Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
-Outstation: 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and location.
Shipping Charges
-Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
-Free shipping may be offered during promotions or campaigns
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details (if available).
Delays
While we do our best to keep things moving fast, delays can happen due to:
-Courier issues
-Weather conditions
-Public holidays or peak periods
Once dispatched, the shipment is handled by third-party couriers.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
-The courier may reattempt delivery
-Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Basics
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items — but only if they meet the conditions below.
Eligibility
Items must be:
-Unworn, unwashed, and unused
-In original condition with tags intact
-Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
-Sale or discounted items
-Worn or damaged items (not due to our error)
-Items without original tags
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
-Size issues
-Defective or incorrect items
Subject to stock availability.
Refunds
-Refunds are only issued if an item is out of stock for exchange or defective beyond replacement
-Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

-Provide your order number and reason
Once approved:
-You will receive instructions for returning the item
Return Shipping
-Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs (unless the issue is from our side)
-We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
-Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
-Include clear photos as proof
